• Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Systems Engineer
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Computer Engineering
• 10+ years’ experience in the DoD industry including R&D, Design, and Contract Manufacturing
• Experience with full life cycle (R&D, B&P, Design, Prototype, Qualification, Production, Sustainment)

Program Management

• 5+ years’ experience of direct or indirect Program Management experience in the DoD industry
• Strong Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Systems Engineering background
• Ability to seek opportunities in coordination with Business Development
• Ability to manage subcontractors
• Experience with Government contracts

Business Development

• 15+ years’ experience of direct or indirect Business Development experience in the DoD industry
• Strong Electrical, Mechanical, and/or System Engineering background

Part Time and Contract Positions

• Test Engineers: 10+ years’ developing test procedures and automated test environments (LabView or ATEasy).
• Lab Technicians and Assemblers: Ability to fabricate and assemble custom test equipment, populate Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), and assemble custom cables.
